Indoors
The house has beautiful and nicely furnished interiors. It has harmoniously combined modern comforts with the charm of yesteryear. Guests will appreciate the exposed beams and stones, as well as the seaside-inspired decoration.
On the ground floor, guests will find a bedroom, a dormitory and a bathroom in the right wing. The left wing of this level has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room.
Outdoors
The villa has an ideal environment, on the edge of an 8,500-hectare national forest, in a beautiful park of 15,000 square metres.
Guests can also enjoy a direct access to the beach, terraces, a pool house with summer kitchen (90 square metres) and a beautiful heated outdoor pool (fenced and with roller shutter).
Staff & Services
The price includes the final housekeeping, the pool heating, bikes provision and pool/garden maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as half or full board (service of a starred chef).
Location
The property is located in La Tremblade, on the edge of the forest of La Courbe (8500 ha).
A 300-metre forest road will lead travellers directly to the beach.
They can also take advantage of a cycle path that leads to the Côte Sauvage (ocean) and its beach of 15 km.
