Indoors

Casa 1 can welcome 7 pax in its 4 bedrooms. Its dining area is an open space with a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. 
The exterior suite has a bathroom with shower - wheelchair accessible, and can serve as outdoor bathroom. 

Casa 2 is 20 meters away from Casa 1 and can welcome 14 pax, thanks to 2 bedrooms, 1 suite with its bathroom and its mezzanine with 2 single beds that can be used as 1 double bed, and an other mezzanine with 4 single beds and a playing area - the entrance is through the hall, 1 meter high entrance door. An additional bed can be added on request.
The dining room and fireplace is found in the fully equipped kitchen. The living room have direct access to the exterior.


Outdoors

The private swimming pool 8.5 m x 4 m is surrounded by sun loungers to take rest and enjoy the sun. 
There are 2 outdoor dining tables, one for 10 people and the other one near the swimming pool can accommodate 12 people. There is a a charcoal barbecue available. 
The villa has his private parking area.
 

Location

This Villa offers a wonderful secluded space for reconnection as is inserted in a unique natural environment, in a place that seems far from everything but still close to the beach and historic cities like Lisbon and Évora.
This extraordinarily beautiful spot is in the middle of a 40-mile stretch of nearly untouched Atlantic Ocean beaches, and at the edge of hundreds of square miles of cork oak fields, vineyards, and rice fields.
The Praia de Santo Andre beach is 17.5 km and Praia de Melides beach is 19 km from the villa.
You can find nearby restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. 
A car is recommended to move around easily.
