Room, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace, closet.

Room 3
Room, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace, closet.

Room 4
Room, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 2 single bed. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 5
Room. This bedroom has 6 single bed. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, shower.

Note: The fifth bedroom is divided into two sections, one with two single beds and a second (mezzanine) with four single beds. This two-storey room can accommodate up to 6 people.


Indoors 

Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a large living room bathed in light thanks to a large bay window offering a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The living room, with its elegant and warm décor, is followed by a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing tasty meals using local ingredients. The communal living areas invite you to relax and socialise in a refined and authentic setting.

The villa has five spacious and luxuriously appointed bedrooms for up to 14 guests. Each room has its own bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. The refined decoration and the high quality equipment guarantee a relaxing and pleasant stay.


Outdoors​ 

Outside, the Villa has a sunny terrace overlooking a beautiful garden planted with olive and pine trees, offering an idyllic setting to enjoy the peace and serenity of the region. The sparkling swimming pool (7x13m) invites for refreshing and convivial moments with family and friends, while the various outdoor relaxation areas allow to admire the breathtaking panorama throughout the day.

Location

Ideally located for exploring the natural and cultural treasures of the region, the house is close to the charming village of Comporta, the Roman ruins of Troia and the historic town of Alcácer do Sal. Beach lovers can enjoy the largest beach in Portugal, while nature lovers can enjoy activities such as hiking, bird watching or simply strolling through the picturesque and green surrounding landscape.
