Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 single bed 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 single bed 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared.

Room 4
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 single bed 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom shared, with bathtub. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also office area.


Indoors

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The dining room is in open space with the living room. There is also a suite with double bed and 3 other bedrooms. One bedroom with drawer bed can be prepared as a double bed. The first floor (attic) offers 2 single beds and a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed. The lower floor is a game room with ping pong table and space for children.


Outdoors

Guest will love the L shape swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. The sunloungers placed on the side of the pool allow you to rest and relax. You can enjoy your barbecue at the dining table outside. At guests disposal, two bicycles and a basketball ring. The villa offers a parking for 2 vehicles.
