Indoors
This stunning Mediterranean contemporary style villa, was exquisitely designed and decorated. It is a perfect retreat to ultimate luxury, privacy and style, with jaw-dropping views that stretch down the Costa del Sol, over the Mediterranean, and into northern Africa.
This beautiful mansion with open sea views, is spread over 3 levels.
On the ground floor, guests can find a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and adjacent formal dining room and lounge with views to the entrance courtyard. Just behind the main kitchen there is a secondary kitchen with stairs down to the lower level with laundry room and independent entrance for staff. In the western wing of this level, there is a living room with fireplace and exit to the covered porch overlooking the pool and garden. There is also a guest bedroom suite (with dressing area, office with fireplace and private bathroom).
The upper level offers four more bedroom suites with sea views.
The lower floor is distributed into a gymnasium with windows, a cinema room and an apartment which could be used by staff or guests. Underneath the car port there is a separate staff apartment with kitchenette and bedroom.
Outdoors
Through a driveway, we access the main entrance of this gated property with parking area.
From the villa's location above the coast, the landscape sweeps down the Costa del Sol and the Golden Mile, tumbling headfirst into the sea.
Guests can enjoy beautiful views, a garden, terraces, a children's playground and a beautiful outdoor pool.
The property also features a four car garage.
Staff & Services
In order to provide guests an even more exclusive experience, the villa will grant them access to play golf at the new course, horse ridding facilites, Helipad and New Club House of the Golf & Country Club estate.
The price includes a housekeeping service (3 days - 4h per week).
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services (on request), such as villa pre-stocking, airport transfers, activities and excursions, car rental, massages, butler services, chef services...
Note : for bookings of more than 6 people, the services of an additional maid will be required (mandatory and with extra charge).
