Indoors
The villa offers spacious interiors, equipped and furnished with high quality standards.
Guests can appreciate the two fully equipped kitchens (one on the first floor with access to the main dining room and the terrace dining area, and one on the lower level that serves the large banquet-style dining room and the poolside dining area) and two spacious living rooms with large games table, TV area and fireplace. There is also a business room located on the first floor (with computer and printer), a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and a garage for two cars.
The house has six large bedrooms, all with heating and air conditioning.
Two large bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), sharing a bathroom, are located on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are a presidential suite and two other suites, each with an en-suite bathroom.
A sixth bedroom is located on the lower floor of the house and has direct access to the pool area.
There is also another bathroom located in the pool area.
Outdoors
The villa offers pleasant outdoor, nicely planted with several palm trees, olive trees and various fruit trees.
Guests can enjoy the jewel of the property, a beautiful modern pool of 11 x 5.5 metres (with a shallow area for the children) surrounded by grass.
Visitors can appreciate the presence of several deckchairs, garden furniture, terraces, a barbecue and various dining areas.
The property also has a modern outdoor lighting system.
Staff & Services
The owner of the house, who is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish, will welcome guests on arrival with a variety of local produce, fruits and refreshments.
The price includes final housekeeping, a selection of bath products and the garden maintenance. There are also bikes available.
Location
Villa Carmena is located in the countryside and is surrounded by agricultural properties. This ideal location gives it a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
The nearest town, Manacor, is only 5 km away and has all the main amenities (supermarkets, local markets, restaurants and shops). In this town, travellers will also find the Academia and the Rafa Nadal Sports Centre, which offers excellent sports facilities and a museum.
Manacor and the villa are just few minutes away from other beautiful coastal towns and beaches. For example, Porto Cristo is 10 km away, S'Illot 13 km and Sa Coma 16 km.
In Porto Cristo it is possible to make boat trips or even rent boats, go diving and enjoy the best terraces and restaurants of the region.
