Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also safe.

Room 3 - Independent lower level - 1 :
Room, Lower floor, independent access. This bedroom has 2 single beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also safe.

Room 4 - Independent lower level - 2 :
Room, view of the sea, independent access. This bedroom has 2 single beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. This bedroom includes also living area, safe, private terrace.

Room 5 - Independent lower level - 3 :
Room, Lower floor, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also safe.

Room 6 - Guest House - 1 :
Room, view of the sea, independent access. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also living area, safe, private terrace.

Note : The 3 rooms located on the lower level communicate via a corridor but can be also fully independent as they have access through individual doors.


Indoors 

This property is developed over several levels and several buildings (a main house and a guest house), offering breathtaking sea views and fascinating sunsets from virtually every room. 
Upon entering, you are greeted by a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, complemented by a wine cellar, leading directly to an outdoor area with barbecue and swimming pool. An intimate dining area can accommodate up to six guests, while the adjacent lounge, complete with smart TV and sea views, is the perfect place to relax. The bedrooms, split between the main floor and a more private lower level, are beautifully decorated and all have en suite bathrooms. The guest house offers absolute privacy with the same range of amenities.


Outdoors 

The outdoor areas invite you to relax and unwind.
You can enjoy a beautiful infinity pool (15 x 3.5 m), which can be heated, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for absolute relaxation in the Mykonos sunshine. Outdoor dining takes place in a built-in dining area, ideal for up to 12 guests.
An outdoor gym area (located under a pergola) will keep you active while enjoying the view.
A large garden and parking area complete the property.

The property is just 5.4 km from the main town of Mykonos and 6 km from the airport, offering a great escape from the hustle and bustle while still being close to the main attractions. The new harbour is just over a kilometre away and famous beaches such as Agios Stefanos are only a short distance away.
