Room 3
Room, 1st floor. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.

Room 4
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Note: Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed which can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult (the 8th and/or 9th persons are not included in the price: supplement of €2,000 per week).


Indoors

The villa's interiors are elegantly appointed and spacious, with large windows overlooking the inner courtyard and offering a unique play of light.
Lime-based resin floors, natural wood furniture and reclaimed stone cladding add to the charm of the house.
On the ground floor, you'll find a living-dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and vaulted ceilings.
There is also an outbuilding with a private courtyard, patio, relaxation area, double sofa bed and bedroom with en suite bathroom. The latter benefits from direct access to the pool and garden.
The first floor, accessed by a stone staircase, offers another single bedroom and panoramic terraces.
For optimum relaxation, the villa has a stone-lined room with a heated pool for moments of well-being.


Outdoors

The property is well treed, with a small citrus orchard surrounded by high stone walls.
The outdoor courtyard offers several areas for relaxing between the pergolas and walls, with an outdoor dining area and a stone barbecue, perfect for barbecues with family and friends.
Enjoy the swimming pool (12,5 x 3,5m, 1,4 - 1,7m) with solarium area, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days while soaking up the Italian sunshine from the panoramic terraces that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

Just five minutes from the villa, the crystal-clear waters of the rocky coves of the Adriatic coast and the Torre Guaceto nature reserve invite you to relax and unwind.
In less than thirty minutes you can discover ancient villages rich in history and culture, sample delicious local cuisine in traditional taverns and visit the renowned tourist attractions of the Valle d'Itria, including Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello and its trulli, as well as the famous ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
