Indoors 

The house offers beautiful, comfortable and very well-equipped interiors.
The living areas open onto a large veranda with roller shutters all around.
You will find a dining room, a lounge area, a separate laundry area (for washing and ironing), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and 4 beautiful bedrooms.

- Access to a Smart TV and satellite channels,
- Wifi access through fibre-optic internet,
- Provision of an Illy coffee machine and Illy brand capsules (8 doses/day), essential supplies are also provided (such as toilet paper, hand and body soap and household cleaning products),


Outdoors​ 

The entire 1,055 sqm property has been designed with space, privacy, intimacy and tranquillity in mind.
You can enjoy the intimate garden, the swimming pool (7.5 x 3.6m - Depth : 1.30 to 1.55m) with parasols and sun loungers, the barbecue area (in the garden) and the outdoor dining area.
For your comfort and security, the villa has an electric gate with remote control, a garage for 2 cars and a secure parking inside the property for a further 3 cars.


Staff & Services

The villa has a team of professionals dedicated to you:
- A butler and his team trained in the requirements of a 5-star hotel. The house butler will always do his utmost to satisfy your requests or wishes so that every day is as pleasant as possible for you. 
- A cook to prepare meals (cost of ingredients not included). The house cook prepares a wonderful Mauritian cuisine. His working hours are 08:30 to 12:30, Monday to Saturday. There is no cook service on sundays and national holidays. If needed the cook can ba available outside the standard hours for an extra charge.
- A sea side team which consists in the crew of the yacht and catamaran. They are available for nautical excursions with meal service accompanied by fine wines on board (advance booking required). Fishing trips to see dolphins can also be organised. 

The price includes:
- Free access to the golf course (you can also have lunch at the Golf restaurant if you wish - subject to applicable conditions),
- A daily cleaning service for the Villa (including general cleaning and washing up),
- Laundry and ironing of your personal linen. This service may be taken care of 3 times a week. Please note, however, that this service is provided at your own risk and the staff of the villa cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred.
- Maintenance of the garden and swimming pool 2 times a week (carried out by specialised staff).
- Preparation and service of dinner in the event of late arrival on the first evening of your stay.

The staff of the villa and our concierge team in Mauritius will make their best efforts to help your organize the following on request services:
- Professional Chef service
- The services of an accredited professional therapist who offers a range of wellness and relaxation treatments designed to relieve the effects of stress, comfort and recharge the body and mind 
- A child-minding or babysitting service - by the day or half-day
- Yacht and catamaran trips on a Grand Tourismo luxury yacht  and Fontaine Pajot Mahé catamaran. Both can be hired at preferential rates for day trips including meals and wine/drinks on board. 
- Deep-sea fishing as well as whale and dolphin watching excursions.
- Products from the villa's wine shop (a vast selection of over 400 excellent wines, champagnes and spirits from different international origins).
- Fridge pre-stocking.
- Transfer to/from SSR international airport. 
- Arrangements for car hire or luxury car, with delivery to the villa. 
- Car or minibus with driver for half or full day excursions around the island.


Location

The villa is located in a chic, quiet and peaceful residential area in Tamarin.
All essential amenities are nearby (bus stops, supermarkets, shopping centres as well as shops, restaurants, pharmacies and petrol stations).
The people who live in this part of the island are very friendly and helpful.


Notes
 
- This Villa is duly registered with the Mauritius Tourism Authority and holds its statutory operating licence.
- The house features French sockets with adaptors for English sockets.
- A back-up generator, activated automatically, ensures a constant supply of electricity.
- The swimming pool is not equipped with any safety barriers or fences and does not benefit from any form of surveillance or rescue service. All residents must be aware of the respective dangers, and ensure the safety of those under their responsibility during their stay.
