The villa has a large, modern kitchen with a bar table, ideal for breakfasts with family or friends.
Three spacious lounges and a large dining room offer uninterrupted sea views, allowing residents to take full advantage of the coastal panorama.
The six spacious bedrooms and superior facilities focus on comfort and well-being.

Ideally located on the Lipa Noi beachfront, this villa offers a huge terrace with sea views, a massage room near the beach, a barbecue area, a large shady garden and private parking.
Perfect for families, it offers two canoes, a paddleboard, a pool table, a giant chess set, a table tennis table and a large swing on the beach.
Two swimming pools are also available: a main pool measuring 20m x 5m and a secondary pool measuring 8m x 3m.

Ban Suriya is a beachfront villa on one of Koh Samui's most beautiful beaches, Lipa Noi. It faces west towards the Gulf of Siam, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and its islands. It's just 5 minutes from the capital, Nathon (handy for short errands) and 50 minutes from Chaweng, perfect for shopping, dining and going out. Lipa Noi is a 50-minute drive from Koh Samui airport and 12 minutes from the ferry port.
