Indoors 

The villa is a true masterpiece of contemporary architecture. Its elegant and stylish interior design, with a neutral colour palette, excels in elegance and sophistication. The living room, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, and features soft sofas perfect for relaxing after a busy day. There is also a dining area, soothing and inviting, to enjoy moments of sharing during your meals.
The villa also has a small gym for fitness enthusiasts and a private cinema room to enjoy an evening in front of a film.


Outdoors 

The exterior of the villa is simply breathtaking, with panoramic views of the Îles de Lérins. The magnificent infinity pool (15x5m) invites you to cool off on hot summer days, while the comfortable pool house is perfect for relaxing. The lush gardens surrounding the property are the perfect place for a quiet stroll, enjoying the Côte d'Azur climate.


Staff & Services

Rental of the house includes maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, as well as cleaning twice a week (3 hours). Other services are available on request and at an additional cost: chef/cook, airport transfers, delivery of groceries, chauffeur-driven car, etc.
Full end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price.
