Miltonia is a beautiful chalet, ideally located in Saint-Martin-De-Belleville, in the pleasant Villette neighbourhood. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the centre and the ski slopes. Sleeping up to 12 people, it's a perfect place to spend a wonderful holiday in the mountains, whether with family or friends.

Room, 2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, hair dryer, towel dryer.
Room 5 - Côté Village :
Master bedroom, 2nd floor. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin. This bedroom includes also TV, DVD player, balcony, hair dryer, towel dryer, Shower - Hammam.
Note: bedroom 5 features a projector.
Indoors
This 200m2 chalet offers generous, comfortable and carefully decorated spaces. Here, Alpine style has been superbly combined with contemporary style.
The property is spread over 3 levels.
On the ground floor, you'll find the entrance hall, a ski room, a laundry room, a guest toilet and the first two bedrooms (a double and the dormitory).
The 1st floor comprises the spacious living room (with equipped kitchen, sitting area, fireplace and dining area). This level also offers 2 balconies and a small corner terrace.
Finally, on the 2nd floor you'll find the chalet's 3 other bedrooms (including the master bedroom).
Outdoors
You can enjoy the pleasantly furnished terrace. It includes for example a table and an electrically heated parasol (300W).
Private on-site parking is also available (two parking spaces alongside the chalet), plus a toilet.
Staff & Services
The price includes beds and household linen, final cleaning and wood for the fireplace.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as additional linen replacement, or additional cleaning service.
Location
The chalet is located just outside the village of St Martin de Belleville, which is linked to the huge 3 Vallées ski area.
Saint-Martin-de-Belleville is an Alpine village situated at an altitude of 1400m (2400m at its highest point). You'll benefit from quality snow cover throughout the ski season (guaranteed thanks to its snow cannons, if needed).
You'll be a 20-minute drive from Moutiers train station, 1 hour from Chambery and 1h30 from Geneva airport.
You'll have easy access to the slopes and shops. In fact, it's just a 4-minute walk (or 2 minutes by car).
