This spacious villa, features a modern design and offers a comfortable and bright interiors. 
It can accommodate up to 8 people in its 3 stylish bedrooms, located on the ground floor. 
You will appreciate the charming living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room located on the terrace. 


Outdoors

You will enjoy the beautiful outdoor area with sunbeds by the pool, dining area, outdoor shower, wc and grill.
The large swimming pool (8 x 4m - Depth : 1.5m) offers a nice view of the endless blue of the sea.
There is also a parking.

The price includes the service of a cleaning lady every 4 days.

Location

Ierapetra is the southernmost city of Crete, about 35 km from Agios Nikolaos to the north and 60 km from Sitia to the east.
