The property is divided into 3 separate houses. The sleek, modern decor offers a soothing atmosphere, ideal for a holiday by the water.

You will find the equipped kitchen, the large living / dining room, the games room and the laundry room.
The main house has 8 bedrooms.

Guest house n ° 1 - old stables - 150 m²
The guest house also has its own fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and a laundry room.
There are 3 bedrooms.

10 minutes between Vannes Station and Cale de Pen er Men.
4 minutes from downtown Arradon and the nearest supermarket.

2 paddles, 2 kayaks and a recreational catamaran (Hobbie Cat) as well as a small boat for crossing to the mainland (6 CV engine) are made available during your stay.
