Notes :
- Bedroom 1 has a bathtub designed by Antonio Lupi in the bedroom itself, and a modern chromotherapy shower in the bathroom.
- Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom with a chromotherary shower room with sea views and bathtub by the same designer.
- Bedroom 3 is elegant and welcoming, its guests can use the bathroom and shower room of the ground floor.
Indoors
The house features beautiful Made in Italy designer furniture and ornaments. Everything is of the highest quality and as eco-friendly as possible.
You will be charmed by the airy and bright open-plan living room, with stylish sofas, Smart T.V., fireplace and beautiful sea views through the large windows.
You will also appreciate the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, ideal for cooking and enjoying meals with windows overlooking the sea.
Following on from the kitchen is a guest bathroom, and also a separate large chromotherapy shower (that also functions as a Turkish bath).
On the first floor, are the three bedrooms, accessible via the staircase in the living room. All three are wonderfully furnished with Molteni double beds and has traditional arched windows offering a unique look to the rooms.
Outdoors
The villa enjoys an exceptional location, surrounded by the Ionian Sea and with a breathtaking view of Mount Etna.
At the front of the villa you can relax on sun loungers or enjoy the heated Jacuzzi with sea views.
At the back, you will find a pleasant barbecue area, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. There are also two outdoor showers, perfect for cooling off after the jacuzzi or a swim in the sea.
You will enjoy the large and beautiful roof terrace, accessible by a narrow spiral staircase that passes through an outer door (as the lighthouse keepers used to do). It is well equipped and offers unrivalled 360° views. For example, you can admire the Aragonese castle, the nearby village and the sea below.
The lighthouse lantern still works, which makes this property even more unique.
The property features a direct access to the rocky shoreline below. Simply walk down three steps from the terrace and along a wooden walkway to reach the sun loungers at the water's edge. This is a great place to relax.
You can also walk to a small sandy beach nearby, where you can enjoy the sun and the view.
Staff & Services
The price includes a welcome pack, electricity/A/C & Heating system, jacuzzi cleaning, a mid-week cleaning and a weekly linen/towel change (for multiple-week bookings), rubbish collection, city tax and the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as daily cleaning, additional linen and/or towels change.
Location
The villa is incredibly well placed in Brucoli, between a 15th century Aragonese castle and the sea.
This seaside village has great restaurants and is the gateway to the beautiful Val di Noto, which is full of Baroque treasures.
