Surrounded by high walls this beautiful property is completely secluded.
It comprises a main house and an adjoining guest house, with comfortable and tastefully decorated interiors.
You will appreciate the magnificent fully equipped and staffed kitchen, the large sitting room with fireplace, the small library with large TV, the formal dining room (seats 14 people) and furnished internal courtyard with fountain.
The property also offers seven double bedrooms all designed with a Bali & Moroccan interior theme.
You can also enjoy the gym and the Pool house with yoga studio and spa (with hammam, sauna and massage room - therapists available on request).


Outdoors​ 

Surrounded by high walls the villa is completely secluded and offers incredible exteriors with a landscaped garden (with beautiful lawn and trees) and a beautiful heated swimming pool (15 x 5m - Depth 0.5 to 1.6m).
You can also enjoy long shaded terraces, a central marble courtyard with fountain, a petanque strip, a tennis court with floodlighting, a croquet lawn, a table tennis and a BBQ.


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from the services of qualified staff, including villa managers, a housekeeper plus 2 maids, a full time chef, security staff and gardeners.
The price includes daily housekeeping, bath amenities, pool heating, breakfast, concierge service, airport transfer (1 per booking - provided all guests are on the same flight, other transfers are with extra and payable locally), chef services, pool and garden maintenance.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as half board/full board options, babysitting, massages, spa treatments, yoga...

The villa overlooks the Assoufid Golf course (two minutes away - Priority tee off for residents) with views onto the High Atlas mountains.
