Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office area, TV, safe.

Room 2
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Room 3
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Room 4
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV.

Note: The 2 southern bedrooms have a bathtub and a rain shower with a view of the pool/Jacuzzi. The 2 northern bedrooms have a view of the olive trees.


Indoors 

From the entrance, you can appreciate an interior garden planted with magnificent cacti.
Thanks to the open plan living space, the high ceilings and the large windows, the house will guarantee you an "In & Out feeling".
The night space is served by a central olive tree so that you feel like you are in a Riad. Each suite has its own bathroom, a TV and a view of the pool or the olive trees.


Outdoors​ 

The villa offers pleasant exteriors with views of the Atlas Mountains.
You can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool (18 x 4m - depth from 0.15 to 1.6m) and its 4 beach areas perfect for sunbathing (from 10 to 30 cm deep).
You will also appreciate the heated outdoor jacuzzi, the hammocks, deckchairs and outdoor lounges, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun.


Staff & Services

A cook will prepare excellent breakfasts (included in the price). Lunch and dinner are optional and on request.
A daily cleaning will be provided by a housekeeper. 
A caretaker/gardener/piscinist will be available in the morning and will spend the night in his own accommodation.


Location

The villa has a quiet environment while being less than 15 minutes from the city centre.
To reach it, you will cross a magnificent palm grove.
