Indoors
The harmonious interior design highlights the spacious rooms and abundance of natural light. You’ll love the spacious 100 m² living room (with a TV and Devialet sound system) and the 80 m² dining room. The reversible air-conditioning system ensures optimal comfort all year round. The villa also features a hammam and a massage room.
Outdoors
The covered, shaded terraces cover an area of 400 m², with tastefully chosen furniture so you can make the most of the outdoors. The 100 m² pool house features a lounge, dining table, bar and barbecue.
The main swimming pool (20 x 11 m – depth: 1.2 to 1.75 m) and the children’s pool (4 x 4 m) are perfect for a swim. The large, tree-lined garden features a vegetable patch, an orchard and a pétanque court, ideal for leisure time with family or friends.
The parking has space for five cars.

The house benefits from the attentive and meticulous service of a cook, a housekeeper and two gardeners.
The staff live on site in an annexe.

- "À la carte" option: You don’t need to worry about shopping for ingredients – the villa takes care of that:
- Lunch: from €30 per person per meal,
- Dinner: from €30 per person per meal.
- Free for children under 10 (children’s menu – meals tailored to their needs).
Notes:
- You must choose a single menu for the whole group.
- The cook works from 8am to 5pm.
- For bookings of more than 8 people, the services of a second cook will be required (at an additional cost and compulsory).
