Inspired by the traditional riads of Marrakech, the villa is centred around a beautifully landscaped patio, the true heart of the home, where a fountain and ornamental fish pond create a refreshing and peaceful ambience. Flooded with natural light, the generous living spaces elegantly combine tadelakt, zellige tiles, bejmat flooring, reclaimed wood and natural materials with a refined bohemian décor enhanced by Asian and South American influences. Surrounded by a lush garden and complemented by numerous relaxation areas, Villa Mirath is the ideal setting for family holidays, gatherings with friends, wellness retreats, golfing breaks or private events in a peaceful environment.

Indoors 

The living areas are arranged around the central patio, the true soul of the property. Beneath its carved moucharabieh canopy, the gentle sound of the fountain and the ornamental fish pond create a soothing atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
The various lounges are equally suited to convivial gatherings and quiet moments of relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy shared meals in complete comfort. Large openings flood the interiors with natural light and create a seamless connection with the surrounding gardens. Throughout the villa, Moroccan craftsmanship is showcased through traditional materials and handcrafted decorative elements, achieving a refined balance between authenticity and contemporary comfort.
Designed as a true sanctuary, the villa also features dedicated spaces for yoga, meditation or simply enjoying peaceful moments between your discoveries of Marrakech.


Outdoors 

The 1,500 sqm landscaped garden extends naturally from the living areas. A rich variety of vegetation, including olive trees, palm trees, coconut palms and numerous fruit trees, creates a lush setting where birdsong accompanies your days.
The private swimming pool, which can be heated (12 x 4.4 m; depth from 0.3 to 1.5 m), is the centrepiece of outdoor living. Surrounded by several relaxation areas, it invites both refreshing swims and lazy afternoons under the Moroccan sun. According to your mood, you can also enjoy a Berber tent, a Balinese daybed, a massage area, a barbecue corner, a pétanque court, a dartboard and a table tennis table.
On the upper level, the spacious rooftop solarium features a jacuzzi, a comfortable lounge area, a fitness space and a dedicated yoga area. From this terrace, sweeping views stretch across the Atlas Mountains, offering a particularly beautiful panorama at both sunrise and sunset.


Staff & Services

A housekeeper is present every day to prepare breakfast and provide daily housekeeping. A caretaker also looks after the garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi, allowing you to make the most of your stay.

Breakfast is included in the rental.
