Indoors
The entrance to the villa opens directly onto the main terrace and the swimming pool. The air-conditioned living room enjoys ocean views and is equipped with a video projector, satellite TV and a Sonos sound system. The kitchen, which is also air-conditioned, is equipped with a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a wine cooler.
The six bedrooms, all fitted with a queen-size bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room, mostly open out onto the ocean and the garden. The first serves as the master suite with a double shower, whilst bedrooms four and five also overlook the swimming pool. The sixth bedroom, facing the garden, features an outdoor shower. Each bedroom is equipped with the same audiovisual facilities as the living room.
For fitness enthusiasts, an air-conditioned gym completes the indoor facilities, featuring a stationary bike, an elliptical trainer, a treadmill and weight training equipment.
Outdoors
The heated swimming pool, measuring 19 x 3 metres, takes centre stage and borders the terrace leading to the main living areas. A heated hot tub, which can accommodate up to twelve people, completes this space with its view of the ocean.
The rooftop offers a unique view of the ocean and the surrounding hills, furnished with sofas and sun loungers so you can enjoy the sunset. A garden surrounds several of the bedrooms at the rear of the villa.
Staff & Services
The villa is managed by three members of staff: a cleaner for the interior, a pool attendant for the pool and jacuzzi, and a gardener for the outdoor areas. Household linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided as part of the rental.

Location
The villa is situated in the Gouverneur area on the island of Saint Barthélemy, right next to the beach of the same name, which is just a five-minute walk away. Gustavia, the island’s capital, known for its luxury boutiques, restaurants and nightlife, is also just five minutes away, as are the surrounding restaurants. A supermarket is a ten-minute drive away, as is the island’s airport. This location allows you to combine a quiet, residential setting, set back on the hillside, with quick access to amenities and the hustle and bustle of Gustavia.
