Indoors
The villa’s living room opens out entirely onto the terrace and swimming pool, blending seamlessly with the outdoors. The air-conditioned room features an iPad-controlled Sonos system, an Apple TV set-up, an iPod dock and a table that seats twelve people. This layout is ideal for family meals.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen forms a natural extension of this living space. It includes a microwave, a Nespresso espresso machine, a toaster, a blender and a dishwasher, as well as two wine coolers and two fridges.
The villa has five bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are fitted with king-size beds (2 x 2 m), whilst bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have queen-size beds (1.8 x 2 m). Four of the five bedrooms offer ocean views, with bedroom 4 specifically overlooking Saint-Jean Bay and Les Salines. vEach room is air-conditioned and fitted with a Sonos system; most also have a safe. Room 1 features an outdoor shower and access to a one-hole golf driving range, as well as a printer. Room 5 has a separate entrance from the road, offering a degree of independence from the rest of the house.
Outdoors
Outside, the heated infinity pool (13 x 4 metres) overlooks Saint-Jean Bay, offering unobstructed views of the ocean and the surrounding islands. Around the pool, there are several sun loungers, shaded seating areas and dining areas where you can enjoy the panoramic views at different times of the day. A heated hot tub completes this space.
The leisure facilities also include a table tennis table, a table football table and various lounge areas, ideal for group or family holidays.

Location
The villa is situated in the hills above Saint-Jean, one of the most sought-after areas of Saint Barthélemy thanks to its views over the bay and its proximity to the beach. The beach, which is just a five-minute walk away, features a sandy shore, a car park and several beachside restaurants.
Saint-Barthélemy airport is also just five minutes away, which is ideal for short breaks. A supermarket is a five-minute drive away, whilst Gustavia, the island’s capital, and the local restaurants are a ten-minute drive from the villa.
