Indoors
This property with 3 lifts offers over 1000 sqm of living space. The three villas are connected by a common area situated on the lower floor. In homage to the glamorous world of cinema, each villa is named after world-famous actresses : Grace, Romy and Brigitte.
The main villa has been designed in a neo-Provençal style and the other two villas have a contemporary one.
The estate offers beautiful living spaces, with generous volumes and turned towards the outside thanks to large bay windows. The interiors are both luxurious and comfortable, and are composed of noble materials and top-of-the-range equipment.
Villa Grace features a large living room with access to the pool, a dining area, a large professional kitchen, a second living room and a suite with access to a private terrace (with jacuzzi and sea view).
The Romy villa offers 4 beautiful and comfortable suites, a nice living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.
In the Brigite villa there is a charming living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 beautiful suites.
Under the patio, guests can enjoy the huge space, connected to each house by a private lift. There is a massage room with hammam and herbal tea room, a cinema room, a games room (with bar, French-American convertible billiard table, table football, fridge and glass washer), a fitness room (with rowing machines, treadmill, electric bike, gym ball, fridge and television), as well as 2 laundry rooms.
Outdoors
Ideally situated on a hilltop, this 1.5 hectare property offers peace and privacy to its occupants, while enjoying a magnificent view of the sea on one side and the Alps on the other. Guests can enjoy the huge landscaped terraces with different perspectives on the green landscaped areas.
They can also take advantage of the large patio terrace with summer lounge (with fountain, ponds, large stretched canvas, summer kitchen, bar, barbecue and plancha) and of the 3 beautiful swimming pools of the property (Villa Grace : Small roof top pool 2 x 2m - Villa Romy : Salt water pool 7 x 7m - Villa Brigitte : Heated pool 11,5 x 5,5m).
Staff & Services
The price includes bed linen replacement once a week, daily towel change, continental breakfast (served as a buffet), daily cleaning (based on 6 hours of cleaning per day - a supplement is charged for rentals of more than 10 people), as well as maintenance of the grounds and swimming pool.
The villa also offers its guests the option of additional services, at an extra cost, such as heating the swimming pool.
Notes:
- Full cleaning at the end of the stay is not included in the price and will be charged to the guests (€880).
- For stays of more than 10 people, the services of an additional cleaning person will be required and charged to the guests (€700 per week).
- An inventory of fixtures will be carried out by a bailiff on arrival and departure. This service will be paid for 50% by the Landlord and 50% by the Tenant (€900 charged to the guests).
Location
Domaine Starry Dream is located on the French Riviera, which is known and renowned for its beautiful landscapes, its heavenly sandy beaches and its mild climate.
Travellers can easily discover Nice with its "Promenade des Anglais", Cannes and its famous "Croisette" or Monaco with the famous casinos and palaces of Monte Carlo.
The heart of Antibes, a town with Provencal charm, is only a few minutes away by car, as well as Cannes with its luxury boutiques and fine restaurants.
In addition, guests will find beautiful beaches in the vicinity, for example at Cap d'Antibes or in the bay of Cannes.
Located equidistant from Cannes and Cap d'Antibes, the property is also only 15 minutes from the airport.
