Indoors

The villa consists of a large and bright living room with a fireplace, large sofas, armchairs and a television offering international channels and Sky TV. An office space is also present in the living room. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a beautiful terrace with a barbecue area and a dining area. The villa also includes a laundry room adjoining the garage.

Within the main house, there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The parental suite has a full bathroom (bath, shower, double sink, toilet) and opens onto a small private terrace. Most of the other bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace or the swimming pool, and share lovely bathrooms with baths, showers, sinks and separate toilets.


Outdoors

The private garden covers an area of 5000 m² adorned with white "iceberg" roses and fruit trees. The heated 12x5 m swimming pool has wide stairs to access the water and a relaxation area with deck chairs to fully enjoy the sun. A pool house houses a sports area including a carpet and a flat screen. You will also appreciate the various outdoor spaces, such as the dining terrace, the summer lounge and the barbecue area.

During your stay in this villa, you will benefit from a welcome on site with welcome products and personalized attention. A daily cleaning service is included, as well as the supply of linens. Our local teams are available 7 days a week to meet your needs and provide you with quality service.
4 hours of cleaning per day from Monday to Saturday.
