The property offers spacious, light-filled living areas, with a generous living room and contemporary decor.
The house provides all the comforts needed for an enjoyable stay and features several spaces dedicated to leisure and relaxation. Guests can enjoy a hammam, gym, games room and TV area. The entire villa is air-conditioned.


Outdoors 

The outdoor areas have been designed to make the most of the natural surroundings of Balagne and the beautiful Corsican weather. A large terrace provides several areas for relaxing and dining, while the infinity pool (13 x 4 m, depth 1.50 m), which can be heated, enjoys beautiful sea views. A covered and fully equipped summer kitchen complements the outdoor areas. It is accompanied by an outdoor lounge and WC, providing an inviting setting for enjoying meals outdoors. Guests who enjoy pétanque can also make use of the dedicated court.
The property also features private parking for at least six vehicles, as well as an electric vehicle charging station. Spring water is also available on the property.

The property is located in the hamlet of Pagliajo, in Calenzana, in the heart of Balagne. It is close to the end of the legendary GR20, making it an ideal base for hiking enthusiasts wishing to discover Corsica's mountainous landscapes.
Calvi and its beaches are approximately 10 minutes away by car, while Calvi-Sainte-Catherine Airport is around 15 minutes away.
