The interior spaces favor natural materials, soft tones and a sober decor inspired by the Mediterranean way of life. The living room, largely open onto the terraces and garden, enjoys beautiful natural light throughout the day and offers a pleasant space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area have been designed for sharing delightful, convivial moments, in an atmosphere that is both elegant and warm.


Outdoors 

The exteriors naturally extend the living spaces and invite guests to make the most of the Corsican climate. A pleasant shaded pergola welcomes al fresco dining, while several relaxation areas are arranged throughout the garden so that everyone can enjoy peaceful, private moments. The 9 x 4.20 m swimming pool (maximum depth: 1.50 m), surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, occupies a central place within the property. A few sun loungers make it possible to enjoy long sunny days in a peaceful setting. The garden, planted with olive trees, lavender, strawberry trees and immortelle, reveals the richness of the local vegetation and contributes fully to the villa's natural charm.


Location

The villa enjoys an ideal location, approximately 8 km from Porto-Vecchio and just 6 km from the nearest beaches on Corsica's southern coast. The famous beaches of Palombaggia, Santa Giulia and Cala Rossa are easily reached within a few minutes' drive and captivate visitors with their crystal-clear waters and unspoiled landscapes. The historic center of Porto-Vecchio, with its lively streets, shops, restaurants and marina, is also close by. Set within a calm residential environment, the villa makes an excellent base for exploring the treasures of the south of the island, from iconic beaches and characterful villages to the wild landscapes of the Corsican hinterland.
