The apartment offers an elegant and light-filled living environment, with a beautiful living room opening onto a private terrace, ideal for enjoying the alpine atmosphere. The living room, dining room, and kitchen flow harmoniously to create a welcoming space, perfect for sharing moments together after a day on the slopes. It consists of two refined suites and a cabin area designed for children, each with its own bathroom and tasteful decor. The residence completes the experience with an exceptional wellness area including a 22-meter indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, sensory shower, fitness/yoga room, tea room, and areas dedicated to treatments and massages (with practitioners available on request and at an additional cost).


Outdoors 

The outdoor spaces harmoniously extend the apartment thanks to a private terrace, offering an ideal setting to enjoy the alpine views and exclusive atmosphere of Courchevel 1850. The contemporary architecture of the residence, combining wood and glass, blends perfectly into the mountain landscape.

There is direct access to the ski room, allowing you to set off and return on skis in a peaceful and privileged environment in the heart of the resort.

Parking is available in a municipal car park located near the residence, without direct access to it (maximum height allowed: 2 m).


Staff & Services

The apartment rental includes a personalized welcome at the residence, Acqua di Parma welcome products, beds made upon arrival, linens and towels, a mid-stay linen change, daily housekeeping, and end-of-stay cleaning. Additional services, such as extra linens or additional cleaning, are available upon request.

Your stay is enhanced by attentive and discreet services, with a reception open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. for any concierge requests, a shuttle service available from 8:45 a.m. to 7 p.m. subject to availability, and access to the residence's wellness area, open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Every morning, a continental breakfast basket is delivered to help you start the day gently. Two wellness treatments are also included per stay: a tailor-made “Découvertes” face and body treatment (50 minutes) and a Ko Bi Do facial treatment (50 minutes), offering a moment of absolute relaxation.

The residence reception is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. for all concierge requests.

There is also a ski shop in the residence where you can rent equipment.
