At the foot of the Alpilles, Bastide de Cala has nature as its only witness. This magnificent house stands among century-old olive trees and can accommodate up to 10 adults in exceptional conditions of comfort. A large infinity pool allows you to fully enjoy the sun, take a bath surrounded by untouched nature and have lunch in the shade of the pool house, equipped with a summer kitchen.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Bedroom 1 is independent and is located next to the pool house.

- On the ground floor of the bastide
There is a large living room of 70m2 with two separate lounge areas, one with a beautiful stone fireplace and the other with a TV screen.
The fully equipped modern kitchen has a central island and French doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
A beautiful dining room can easily accommodate 10 people.

The house is equipped with a cooling/heating floor system on the ground floor as well as air conditioning.

- Upstairs of the bastide
A very spacious master bedroom with a large opening onto the century-old olive grove, the swimming pool and the Alpilles massif as far as the eye can see. There is nothing more beautiful and soothing than waking up and admiring the natural beauty of Provence. Two other double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a laundry room complete the first floor of the Mas.

Location

La Bastide de Cala is located in the Alpilles massif, in the heart of Baux de Provence, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
Foodies will be delighted as the property is only a 5-minute walk from the three-star Michelin restaurant, L’Oustau de Baumanière.

The motorway is 20 kilometers towards Paris, Lyon and Geneva, and also 20 kilometers towards Italy and Spain.
Avignon airport is located 30 kilometers away. Marseille airport is located 67 kilometers away. You can also come by private jet, landing for example at the airports of Nîmes, Aix or Avignon, or arrive at the Mas by helicopter since it is possible to land in the nearby fields.
Avignon train station is located 30 kilometers away.
