This splendid villa is the ideal place to spend unique holidays in an exceptional setting while enjoying a magnificent private swimming pool and a lush Mediteranean garden. The villa boasts five bedrooms, several terraces, a large landscaped garden, summer lounges and a pool house, including an open kitchen, a bathroom and a dining room... in short, a multitude of common areas allowing you to meet together throughout the day. Set in its magnificent Mediterranean garden, the very large private azure blue swimming pool invites you to swim and play water games. The pleasant pool house is a major asset, with a fifth bathroom and a second kitchen. The poolhouse is the ideal place to relax throughout the day.
Indoors
The living room is the heart of the house and is divided into two parts: the lounge side and the kitchen side. This spacious space is very bright thanks to the large bay windows that overlook the exterior and the garden.
The lounge has a superb high ceiling, it is the perfect place to rest, read, chat or watch your favorite shows on the television in a contemporary setting.
The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, extractor hood, oven, grill, microwave oven, 2 fridges and freezer, dishwasher, food processors, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster .
On the ground floor, four large en-suite bedrooms each have their adjoining bathroom and private WC, and each bedroom is equipped with a Super King size bed (200 * 200) with high-end bedding.
A small staircase leads to the pretty bedroom upstairs, with its two single beds. This room also has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outdoors
The villa has a large private garden on a plot of 6000 m2.
The secure swimming pool is surrounded by a fence.
The garden furniture on the large terrace lacks nothing for your moments of relaxation. The plancha promises good grilled meats to taste on the large table sheltered from the sun.
Staff & Services
The price includes a comfort cleaning during the stay, the final housekeeping, replacement of bed linen (every 7 days), bath amenities, 10 Nespresso capsules & a cleaning kit, household waste collection (from Monday to Friday), and garden/ pool maintenance.
Note
Pool heating is included in the price and is available from 15 May to 15 September.
However, it is important to note that pool heating only allows you to gain 4 or 5 degrees more than the outside air temperature. The villa is dependent on the weather and cannot guarantee an exact swimming temperature, particularly on cool nights.
The maximum temperature of the heating system is 28°. Swimming pools are generally naturally warmer during the summer months, with the water easily reaching 30 / 31° at these times.
Location
The villa is only a few minutes from the town center of Pernes les Fontaines, which can even be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Do not miss to walk its pretty alleys, to discover the 41 fountains which make it famous, but also to take advantage of the charming shops and restaurants which are there.
