Indoors 

This 360 square metres villa offers an incredible level of comfort, with its spacious and bright living areas and comfortable and peaceful bedrooms.
Air conditioning in all rooms will ensure travellers a pleasant atmosphere in all seasons.
Guests will appreciate the nicely furnished "living room and kitchen" pavilion with TV area. Not far from the fully equipped kitchen, there is a large shaded terrace, ideal for enjoying a pleasant and convivial outdoor meal. 
The villa has six beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, making it possible to accommodate a large family or group in great comfort. The elegant bedrooms have high quality bedding, ensuring travellers a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom has also its own small terrace, allowing guests to enjoy the Provençal countryside, even from the inside!
The house comprises a seventh bathroom (in the pool house) and two separate guest toilets.


Outdoors​ 

The property features a large landscaped garden of 6000 square metres. This space will be the place of many activities, days of relaxation and leisure.
The garden is divided into two parts. On one side, there is the pool and its equipped pool-house. On the other side, there is a grassy area, ideal for reading or relaxing.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful heated pool (10 x 5 metres), its summer shower and its sun loungers under parasols.
A few metres from the water is the pool house dining area, with its warm ochre walls, its furniture made of natural materials such as wicker and wood and its huge "vases" made of exotic wood. The pool house also features a bar and an American barbecue.
Travellers will appreciate the small garden lounge with chairs and low tables by the pool, surrounded by vegetation, perfect for an aperitif after a beautiful day exploring the Vaucluse.


Staff & Services

The price includes a comfort cleaning during the stay, the final housekeeping, replacement of bed linen (every 7 days), bath amenities, 10 Nespresso capsules & a cleaning kit, household waste collection (from Monday to Friday), and garden/ pool maintenance.


Location
Situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux, Villa Sagesse is ideally located for visiting the beautiful region of Vaucluse, which is rich in activities, walks and visits. Indeed, in addition to its nature walks, the region has a very rich historical and cultural heritage. 
The villages of the Luberon and their charming little streets will invite travellers to stroll around: Gordes, Ménerbes, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Lacoste... 
Guests can also visit Avignon and its unique historical sites, such as the "Palais des Papes" and the "Pont d'Avignon".
The property is only a 20 minutes walk away from the centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines, where there are charming shops and restaurants, but also pretty streets and the 41 fountains that have made it famous.

Note

Pool heating is included in the price and is available from 15 May to 15 September. 
However, it is important to note that pool heating only allows you to gain 4 or 5 degrees more than the outside air temperature. The villa is dependent on the weather and cannot guarantee an exact swimming temperature, particularly on cool nights. 
The maximum temperature of the heating system is 28°. Swimming pools are generally naturally warmer during the summer months, with the water easily reaching 30 / 31° at these times.
