Indoors 

Designed by renowned architects, the villa harmoniously blends luxury and comfort thanks to its meticulously crafted interiors. Enter the spacious living room and dining room, separated by an elegant partition. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals.

The villa has three en-suite guest bedrooms, including a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed, offering comfort and privacy. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the second floor, and has a private balcony with Jacuzzi on one side and a large terrace with sun loungers on the other. 


Outdoors 

The villa is surrounded by magnificent landscapes with the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. An outdoor kitchen lets you enjoy meals al fresco, and the swimming pool (12 x 5m x 1.40m) or jacuzzi offers a moment of relaxation with a breathtaking view.
The villa also has two parking spaces. 


Staff & Services 

Villa rental includes mid-stay cleaning, pool and garden maintenance. Pool heating, a chef and an airport transfer service are available on request and at an additional cost. Other activities available at extra cost include windsurfing, yoga and a trip to Lefkada Island (30min). 


Location 

Situated high above the bay of Paleros, the villa offers one of the finest views in the region. To the left is Lake Voulkaria, nestled among olive groves. Opposite is the town of Paleros, and to the right are Lefkada and the Ionian Islands.
