Indoors
Comprising 1’000m2, the villa can host up to 12 people across six bedrooms. Every suite includes a private dressing room, bathroom and access to a sea-facing terrace. With a large terrace spanning the width of the property, every room including the living room, dining room, kitchen and office has been designed to create the feeling of sea-side living.
The villa also features a spa and wellness area comprising a mosaic-tiled hammam with heated stone seating and a gym with sea views. Guests can enjoy relaxing massages in the air-conditioned treatment room or outside by the pool.
Outdoors
The 2 sea-facing infinity pools are divided into two sections, one draining from the terrace into the lower level through an extravagant waterfall feature. To complete the outdoor relaxing area, a pool cabana offers a covered dining area, with a bar and a pool shower.
A rare glass lift connects the house to the waterfront terrace and private dock which offers a breathtaking view of the sea as well as the opportunity to swim in the sea. Two separate areas have been carved out of the rocks, to provide outdoor spaces for bathing and lounging in the sun with sun loungers and parasols.

The price comprises the "Deluxe formula" which includes :
- Daily full luxury Breakfast for all guests as per our breakfast menu,
- Daily Afternoon Delight service (light snack / afternoon tea),
- Selected Water, Soft Drinks, Coffee and Teas at disposal (specific brands at extra charge),
- House manager; coordinating your stay and assisting with your concierge requests (8hrs presence per day),
- Housekeeping (Make-up and Turn-Down service)*,

- Spa Therapist (4 hrs presence per day, treatments are charged as per Spa Menu),
- Night shift (1 person, drinks service, can be on call upon request),

- Arrival from the closest airport for all guests by car / minibus or by boat (same time). The luggage will always be transported by road,

Note that the afternoon Delight is served by the Concierge staff.
For any additional services (for example but not limited to: breakfast served at multiple times); outside guests (for example external guests, dinner parties); extended menus (for example multi course or gala dinners); the villa reserves the right to invoice and source additional staffing member and / or additional work hours. This will be clearly communicated during the stay planning by the reservation team or on-site house manager.
Note : From October to March, it is possible not to take the "Deluxe Formula" but to opt for the "Housekeeping Only Formula" (Daily housekeeping and House Manager present on your arrival day).

The property is built over several floors on the cliffs of Corfu, with direct access to the Ionian sea.
