Indoors
The villa is arranged on three levels with an elevator connecting the floors and a staircase.
At the entrance level there is an open hallway and a spacious living room with a dining area. Large French doors open to a covered balcony. An additional kitchen is accessible on this floor. There are also two double bedrooms.
On the lower level is the main kitchen with an independent entrance from the outside for the staff, a living room and a dining room. The game room allows you to play pool, ping-pong or PS4 and logitech driving wheel for PS4. The hammam and gym area allows you to work out or relax, a massage shower and a toilet are also located on this level. There is a double bedroom.
The tennis court is accessible from the lower ground floor.
On the upper floor there are mainly bedrooms, two double rooms and a third with two single beds. All rooms have a balcony with sea view and a safe. In this part of the house there is also an office area with a fireplace.
Outdoors
Extensive grounds having a large swimming pool with jacuzzi and its own separate pool house. The pool area offers an incredible view of the Corfu Channel and is ideal for relaxing.
With an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area for up to 12 people, guests can enjoy the warm weather.
Those who wish to play sports can play tennis on the beautiful court (23m-14.20m, hard surface, balls and rackets provided).
There is a separate pool section for children and the pool is fenced for security.

The villa offers the possibility to benefit from various additional services, for an extra charge, such as the services of a cook, a driver, a babysitter or the organization of transfers to the airport.
The prices include : Breakfast service from
17/06/23 - 15/09/23 (Cost of ingredients is not included in the price and are paid locally to the Chef), concierge service, a welcome hamper (with wines and seasonal fruits), Scented Candles, daily cleaning, twice linen change, luxury toiletries, pool towels provision. We provide 4 tennis rackets and balls for our private tennis court. 2 high chairs and baby cots available for customers.
Location
The house, although isolated on the heights, is close to the main amenities, shops, restaurants, bars, gas station. All local shops offer a delivery service to the villa for an additional cost.
Its location offers a panoramic view of Kremmithas, Kassiopi, St. Stephano, Erimitis, the coast and the Albanian mountains.
Car rental is recommended.
