Indoors

From the moment you enter the villa, you will have everything you need to feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen is next to the indoor and outdoor dining areas and the living areas are right next to the terrace. From morning until sunset you can enjoy the sunshine as the house is bathed in light.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people (children included) with its four bedrooms. The three bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the pool, while the master bedroom on the first floor has a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. 


Outdoors

The villa has a lovely, well-appointed terrace, allowing you to share a meal or relax in the sun. If you wish to cool off, you can enjoy the superb swimming pool (5x10m) with outdoor shower and sun loungers.


Staff & Services

The rental of the house includes the services of a concierge (for check in and check out), change of sheets and towels 2 times a week and a welcome basket (water, wine, coffee and tea). 
For guests who book two weeks or more, bathrooms and kitchens will be cleaned for an hour and a half on weekdays.
Other additional services can be booked on request for an extra charge, such as a private chef, a massage or a boat trip.
We provide information to customers so that they can organise themselves and their contact details will be provided to you so that you can make arrangements with them.


Location

The villa is located on the Akrotiri peninsula, near the village of Tersanas, 14 km from the city of Chania, the second largest and most beautiful city on the island. The area is a good starting point for the most beautiful beaches of the island: Balos Lagoon, Falassarna Beach and Elafonissi Lagoon. The famous beach of Stavros is not far from the villa. 

Chania airport is 8 km from the villa, which is a 15 minute drive and Heraklion airport is 2 hours and 20 minutes by car.
