Indoors 

This two-storey house designed in such a way to combine modern minimalist style with simplicity. It can easily be split to ensure privacy for anyone staying with friends or family who need that little extra space.
The interiors are functionals and each room is very well equipped. In the villa, visitors can meet Scandinavian brands furniture, handmade tables and side tables from marble as well.
Guests will find 5 bedroom and 5 bathrooms (with facilities suitable for anyone with walking disabilities).
They can enjoy friendly meals around the large dining marble table of the kitchen area, flooded with natural light and with a fantastic uninterrupted views of the sea.
On the second floor there are also 2 full equipped kitchenettes.
Last but not least, there is a planted patio inside the villa, which offers favorable conditions of natural ventilation, improving the microclimate in the interior and providing additional visual pleasures.


Outdoors​ 

The property has a charming garden, an outdoor lounge to appreciate a moment of relaxation and an exterior shower located in the patio.
Guests can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi that invite to rest and relax. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, lounge sofas and side tables.
A private parking is available (free of charge).

Villa Zenais is located in Elounda, a beautiful coastal town of Eastern Crete.
This city is situated in the same place where the ancient, glorious city of Olous once stood. With a long history stretching back to Minoan civilization (and even mentioned by Homer in his epics), ancient Olous was an important and powerful city-state during the classical period which, thanks to its strategic location, continued to flourish through Roman and Byzantine times. The now sunken ruins of Olous can still be seen on calm days and add to the cultural heritage of modern Elounda.
Apart from its services and unique style, the location of the house is one of its strongest points.
Just 10 metres from the coast and a five minute walk to the center of Elounda, guests can easily enjoy the magnificent beaches of Northeastern Crete as well as discover exciting opportunities for shopping, traditional food and explore different aspects of the island’s serene nightlife.
