Indoors
Villa Nereid is made up of 3 levels, with direct access from the infinity pool and the terrace on the ground floor. A modern fully equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining area. All floors are accessible by lift.
The living room and the dining room consist of a large table with 12 chairs and a beautiful ceiling lamp. A comfortable corner sofa and pull-out coffee table, a large Samsung Smart TV and an ecological fireplace - bioethanol. Large floor-to-ceiling doors lead to a spacious veranda with panoramic views of the Cretan Sea.
The modern kitchen has direct access to an outdoor seating area with a view of the garden. It has a built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, smooth stainless steel and electric hob and 32 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are fully equipped with kitchen utensils and cleaning products. It also offers 2 large refrigerators with freezers, a Nespresso coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle as well as a plastic glass for the "safe-use" pool area.
An additional guest toilet is located near the kitchen area and the living and dining area.
This floor offers a standard bedroom with a dressing room, a small outdoor seating area with a view of the main entrance of the villa. It has 2 single beds that can be used as a double bed, a large wardrobe with safe, a 42 '' TV, a workspace with desk and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The first floor has 2 main bedrooms and 1 standard bedroom with a large veranda, garden and space for a children's play area.
The two main bedrooms have double beds with bedside tables, floor-to-ceiling windows with balconies, sitting areas and fascinating sea views. Large wardrobes with safes, 42 '' TVs and workspaces with offices are offered.
The 1st master bedroom is the largest of all the bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a shower area with side sea view.
The special feature of the 2nd master bedroom is a bathtub with a direct view of the sea.
The standard room has a large private veranda with a seating area, a children's play area and a view of the garden. Double bed convertible into 2 single beds, bedside tables, large wardrobe with safe, 42 '' TV, workspace with desk and bathroom with shower and WC are available to you.
Next to the bedrooms there is an elevator that can access all floors.
It has 2 standard bedrooms with shower in the bathrooms and large windows directly overlooking the sea.
For the convenience of guests staying on this floor, there is an additional small kitchen area with a refrigerator. There is also a modern steam bath, shower and toilet as well as a laundry room.
The gym area offers a treadmill, multi-gym equipment, wall rope and a set of adjustable smart dumbbells. You can also enjoy a large 65 '' television.
The lower floor is also accessible by elevator.
Outdoors
The highlight of an outdoor space: 9 x 5.5 m of seawater, infinity pool with counter-current swimming, jacuzzi and waterfall jet. (The depth of the pool varies from 1.05m to 1.80m; heating is available on request). This space offers wooden and metal lounge chairs, outdoor showers, and a covered seating area with a ceiling swing with stunning sea views.
The outdoor area also offers: a large veranda with a sea view, a covered dining room with 12 chairs, a large garden area, a barbecue area, a stone oven and a small covered outdoor kitchen area.
The parking space can accommodate up to 4 cars.
Situation
Nereid Luxury Villa has immediate access to the highway and therefore it is easy to reach the nearby beaches of Heraklion, such as Lygaria, Agia Pelagia, Mononaftis or Amoudara beach. Each seaside village mentioned above, in summer, has a plethora of local taverns, where you can taste traditional Cretan dishes. In spring and autumn as well as in winter, many restaurants are open in the town of Heraklion, which is just a 15-minute drive away. Large supermarkets are located in the village of Amoudara (6 km), the village of Gazi (8 km) or the town of Heraklion (15 km). In the city of Heraklion, the capital of Crete, you will find everything you need - pharmacies, post office, shops, local products, restaurants.
