The property consists of a large structure divided into two wings, offering generous space. One wing contains the master suite and two guest bedrooms, all with stunning sea views. This wing also houses a large modern kitchen and lounge. A formal dining room separates the two wings, while the other bedrooms are located in the second wing, each with its own private entrance for added privacy. Large, modern bathrooms complete the rest of the house.
For your comfort, the house features state-of-the-art facilities such as underfloor heating and air conditioning, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, indoor and outdoor sound systems, an outdoor cinema room and a fully-equipped gym. An alarm system with surveillance cameras is also in place for your peace of mind.
Outdoors
The outside area offers plenty of space for entertaining or relaxing in total privacy. Outdoor areas include a large dining room, outdoor cinema, barbecue and outdoor fireplace. At the rear of the house is an air-conditioned gym. The villa is also surrounded by a carefully landscaped garden, which offers a beautiful night-time ambience thanks to well-designed outdoor lighting.
