The villa, which has facilities for people with disabilities, offers 14 ensuite furnished bedrooms, where guests can relax comfortably, all with either sea views or garden views.
The 8 double beds can be configured as zip and link (1 is suitable for disabled access including a wet room) and the 40 sqm king suite has two bedrooms and a private terrace.
The villa has 2 superior rooms with a garden (approx 25 m²) and another 2 superior rooms with a sea view and private pool (approx 28 m²). The rooms are connected by a shared veranda on both the garden and pool sides. Each sea view room is connected by a connecting door to a garden view room.
The villa has a huge 200 sqm outdoor kitchen with cutting-edge facilities and equipment, that can keep up with the demands of large-scale catering. This state-of-the-art kitchen also features a big dining table for 25 guests and a separate breakfast area and may double as an informal living room.
A laundry room is available for guest.
