Indoors & Outdoors 

The villa's interiors embrace a contemporary aesthetic, featuring white and green tones that blend with the surrounding landscape. It features a large open-plan space comprising a living room, dining room and kitchen. These spaces are adorned with modern furniture designs and large windows allow natural light to flood into the house, offering panoramic views. For your comfort, the living room and the dining room features air conditioning.

The outside is truly an oasis of relaxation, with a large swimming pool (15m x 5.5m), stylish sun loungers and plenty of parasols.
The outdoor dining room has a large table with built-in seating, comfortable cushions and a contemporary pergola that provides a shaded area to relax. There is also an outdoor cinema for evening entertainment under the starry sky.
There is also a helicopter landing pad just a 10-minute drive away (HELIPAD STEFANIS VIP PROTECTION).


Staff & Services

The villa rental includes mid-stay cleaning, full final cleaning, bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance. Other services such as a chef/cook, chauffeur and butler are available on request and at an additional cost.
