Indoors 

The villa offers a cosy living room with sofa and a flat screen TV with satelite stereo system. Guests can have their meal at the dining table put at their disposal in open space with the living room. A large modern kitchen equipped with all necessary facilities is the perfect place for cooking lessons and to prepare delicious cocktails and diners.  Some steps down give access to the magnificent indoor heated pool with jets and chromotheraphy. A steam room and the emotional shower is also available at the villa.


Outdoors​ 

A patio is furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Large sofa and transtats are placed outside allowing you to relax and rest. Sitting at the dinning table, while having your meal, guests can enjoy the stunning sea views.


Staff & services

The price of the night includes the following services: welcome drink on arrival, refreshments and snacks, daily continental breakfast, cook service for a daily meal of your choice (lunch or dinner), daily cleaning in the morning, change of towels and sheets twice a week, butler and concierge service, porter service on arrival and departure, cot and high chair on request.

Other services are not included in the price of the night: ddditional maid service, personal laundry service at a unit price per item, extra chef's service, additional change of bed linen and towels, cost of food and drinks, nearby parking to be requested in advance, subject to availability.


Location 

The access to the Villa is from a 2 minutes walkway from the coastal road. The Villa is at a walking distance from the local beach with nice restaurant and also the famous night club L’Africana. The Praiano's village is only 1 km from the house.
