The property is located between Locorotondo and Cisternino, at the heart of the Itria Valley, a region of agricultural hills where olive groves, vineyards and whitewashed villages alternate. Ostuni, the "white city," lies three kilometres away. The Adriatic Sea is about fifteen minutes away, with several beaches nearby, including Villanova, Costa Merlata and Torre Pozzella.
Ceglie Messapica, known for its cuisine, is around twenty minutes away, while Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage site famed for its trulli, is about thirty minutes away. Brindisi Airport is roughly thirty-five minutes by car. Locorotondo, the nearest town, is five kilometres away.
