Underfloor heating and air conditioning present in all internal areas of the unit and the entire structure is equipped with Wi-Fi service.
The property is composed by a main residence and trullini, two adjacent cones, are outbuildings located on the right side of the central area of the structure.
Main residence : It comprises a Master bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a laundry room (washing/dryer machine and sink), a beautiful and very bright living area (approximately 60 m2), and a fully equipped kitchen.
The first and the second trullo: each offers a charming double bedroom.
The third outbuilding : located in the pool area, on the basement level, it also features a double bedroom.
Outdoors
Outside, you can appreciate 1500 m2 of well-equipped external surface (solarium area, sunbeds, gazebos, lawn, music system, large outdoor sofa, dining table...)
You can also enjoy the heated swimming pool with salt system (75m2 - Depth : 1.3 to 1.6 m) and the padel court.
Villa Damarice and Villa Pamina share (for common use) : a children's play area and an organic vegetable garden.
