Zelanie is is a luxurious country house with pool, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, in an unspoiled rural landscape of the Apulian Salento. Here you can still experience authentic Apulia, but at the same time, you are not far away from the beautiful sandy beaches on the Ionian Sea. Completely renovated, the main house and annexes, which can accommodate up to 20 people, has kept its eighteenth-century structure and its original features. It is an amazing place for an incredible holiday in Italy.

Indoors
The farm was already present in the land register of Terra D’Otranto in 1747.
Today, it is an accommodation facility and a farm with 20 hectares of land planted with vines, olive trees, orchards and arable land.
The attractive and playful interiors are characterized by modern furniture with vintage & retro touch, wooden cabinets and tables, designer lamps, and local accessories made of glass and wicker. Large (arch) windows and high vaulted ceilings provide light and emphasize the impressive spaces inside. The original stone of the internal walls, the exposed wooden beams and the chianche and cementine floor give warmth and charm.
The main house has three spacious bedrooms between 40 and 70 sqm, two of which boast private terraces, plus a light-filled dining/living area with a fireplace, lounge area and a large dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The old stables have been converted into a garden villa, which features three additional ensuite double bedrooms, as well as a living space and a newly-built designer kitchen.
Outdoors
Surrounding the farmhouse is 20 hectares of private land that’s planted with fruit and nut trees, as well as a vineyard and organic vegetable garden.
In the courtyard, is an inviting swimming pool (12 x 4m - Depth : 1.4m), which is framed by a pergola terrace where you can dine alfresco or lounge with a good book while enjoying the sunsets.
