Villa Duchessa is a beautiful 19^th century building recently renovated, located on a hill in the heart of a vineyard in Arezzo, Tuscany. The facade of the house presents four overlapping arches in twos, according to the typical 1700s design from the architects of the Gran duke Leopold of Loraine. With its six bedrooms, this property can accommodate up to 12 people and represents an ideal place for an incredible getaway in Italy.

Indoors 

This elegant villa has been incredibly well renovated, with a high level of quality. Every detail was handled with care. The furnishing has excellent finishing and each ambience is studied thoroughly to achieve greater ease of use without losing the authentic taste of the Tuscan country houses.  
This environmentally friendly house (due to its 1st class energy saving rank) offers spacious, refined and comfortable living areas.
Each floor has its own living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. 
The first floor can be reached externally through the original stone stairs or a stone bridge linking the garden and the pool (the entire path is accessible for wheelchairs). Moreover one bedroom located on the first floor is accessible for wheelchairs. 
 

Outdoors​ 

The house is located on a hill and offers a beautiful private garden with exquisite views. Under the loggia at the ground floor, next to the garden, visitors can appreciate a large dining table.
Guests can also enjoy a pool (12 x 5 metres) from where they can admire unique views.

Staff & Services

The price includes a welcome dinner for the day of arrival (weekley stays only), a welcome basket with local and organic products for breakfast (for the day after arrival), a midweek and weekend cleanings with the change of linen and towels (weekly stays only) and the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services, such as additional housekeeping, extra change of line and towels or extra beds.

Villa Duchessa has a perfect location to discover and explore the Tuscan hill towns.
The property is only 7 km from the centre of Arezzo and the main amenities are easily accessible.
