Villa Ivry has been designed with fantastic flair inside and out. It boasts a truly urban appearance and is surrounded by unspoiled greenery. What a setting with its wonderfully undisturbed views of sea and nature! Villa is located on a property with a total area of 400 m². The villa itself has an area of 280 m² and extends over three floors: lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodates 8 people.

Indoors

You are sure to notice the attention to detail both inside and out with the villas unique architecture and stylish design. Access to the villa is direct from the coastal road to the main entrance on the ground floor.

On the ground floor you will find a large open plan living and dining area with a modern and fully-equipped kitchen and floor to ceiling windows which open out onto the terrace and swimming pool.

On the lower ground floor there is an air-conditioned gym, shower room, sauna and smaller bedroom with a sofa bed and TV. The first floor of the Villa Ivy is connected by stairs from the living room.

First floor features four spacious en-suite bedrooms with bath tub and shower, completed with flat screen TV’s. Two of the bedrooms have shared spacious terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views.


Outdoors

For those looking to relax lounging by the outside private heated swimming pool or the beautifully landscaped sun terrace is ideal. On this terrace, you will find peace and quiet, which will enable you all the pleasures of enjoying a morning cup of coffee, while listening to the romantic melody of the sea. Included in the price: A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Check-in is possible on any day. 5 mountain bikes (sizes M, L and XL) are available.


Location

The villa is located in Omiš, near Split. In only 2 minutes’ drive you can reach the town center, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and a number of cafes/bars. Villa Ivry is also just in behind of the other beautiful Villa Piatana, so two of the villas can be rented together – the perfect option for large groups of family and friends.
