On arrival, you are greeted by an impressive entrance hall with a curved floating staircase. The ground floor features an open-plan living space encompassing a state-of-the-art 90 m² kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen, with its central island and integrated appliances, becomes a central gathering place. Add to this a well-appointed office, a gym with mirrors, a sauna with LED lighting and a cinema/multimedia lounge with an 86-inch QLED screen for unforgettable evenings.
Upstairs is the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms, including the master bedroom.
The last bedroom is in an annexe.
Outdoors
