Note : This room is usually dedicated to the staff, but exceptionally it can be used by guests. The room is located in a side house detached from the main house and has a kitchen.


Indoors

Villa Treina captivates with its contemporary design and spacious layout. The house features an open plan layout with formal and informal living areas, perfect for entertaining guests in a convivial atmosphere. The open-plan chef's kitchen, adorned in burnt walnut and Zimbabwe black granite, is equipped with the finest appliances. Adjacent to this kitchen, a wine cellar and gin bar add a sophisticated touch for moments of relaxation and enjoyment.
On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with four single bunk beds, perfect for children. A lounge with a relaxation area and TV zone, a fireplace and a dining room open onto the garden and pool through large glass patio doors. Upstairs, three suites have access to a balcony, as well as a spa and home cinema room. Two additional terraces, facing east and west, provide areas for outdoor relaxation.
Entertainment facilities include a cinema room, a PlayStation for video game enthusiasts, and a fully equipped gym. The spa, located on the first floor, includes a double infrared sauna and a six-person Jacuzzi, as well as a massage table for the ultimate in relaxation. 


Outdoors

The exteriors of Villa Treina are designed to maximise the pleasures of the outdoors. A lush garden surrounds a heated, salt-treated swimming pool, which also includes a counter-current swimming system.
An outdoor heated Jacuzzi and outdoor fire pit create the perfect ambience for evenings al fresco. Leisure facilities include a separate children's pool with water features, a fully equipped barbecue with three types of grill and an ice machine, and an outdoor dining area for up to twelve people.
The property also features a fully equipped guest house, accessible via the barbecue, which can accommodate a couple or private staff. A solarium, covered terraces and private parking are also available. The terraces on the first floor provide direct access to the bedrooms and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Staff & Services

Villa Treina provides a house staff, including a 24/7 security service managed by the Soltroia condominium. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi, and all televisions are equipped with major streaming platforms such as Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime and Disney+, as well as a SONOS audio system controllable via an iPad. The garden is dotted with works of art available for purchase, offering a unique cultural touch.
Depending on availability, there is a fantastic range of activities that can be booked at scheduled times. 
The proprerty also benefit from a partnership with a certified medical clinic in Portugal that has proven experience delivering nursing, medical, and physiotherapy/osteopathy services. This is helpful if you want to avoid traveling due to the need for ongoing clinical care related to physical limitations, or if you're recovering from surgery which still requires medical support, and so, need an access to a hospital unit.*

Villa Treina is ideally located, just 130 km south of Lisbon and a short walk from a serene Atlantic beach.
Located in the exclusive Soltroia condominium, this property offers easy access to a variety of recreational and cultural activities. Nearby, the Soltroia Beach Club offers a variety of dining experiences and relaxing facilities such as a large swimming pool.
Sports and leisure enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the One Troia José Mourinho Training Centre and the 18-hole golf course designed by American architect Trent Jones Senior. The surrounding area also offers the opportunity for cultural visits to the Roman ruins, the largest industrial fish salting centre in the Roman Empire, and a 6km walking and cycling trail.
