Master bedroom, Ground level, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room.

Room 2
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table.

Room 3
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 sofa bed. Bathroom private, with walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 4
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Note : there is also a mezzanine with a custom-made sofa bed (160 cm) that can comfortably sleep two adults (equipped with air-conditioning).


Indoors 

This air-conditioned house has recently been completely refurbished (inside and outside) with designer furniture and artworks. It offers amazing beach views.
You will be charmed by the generous bright living room (with high ceilings, fireplace, home cinema, all popular streaming channels and a Sonos sound system), situated on the sea-facing side of the house.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a guest bathroom.
The house comprises 4 beautiful bedrooms.
Upstairs, there is also a mezzanine level with an office desk & relax area, fitted with a comfortable double sofa bed, where you can enjoy unrivalled views of the ocean.


Outdoors

The outside areas of the villa are very impressive with a nice bamboo deck surrounding the entire house. You can relax in the private outdoor swimming pool, or in the vast lounging area that boasts two large double daybeds, several loungers & poufs and a comfortable outdoor sofa. From the private pool of the villa, you can enjoy the beautiful uninterrupted views of the ocean and the Serra Arrabida Natural Park, which are unique in the Comporta area.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at one of the two outside dining tables and relax watching the amazing sunset over the Ocean.
The villa also features bikes (2 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes & 2 kids scooters) and a private parking space (for 3 cars).


Location 

This property is located inside a luxury private condominium with 24h surveillance, in the Tróia peninsula.
You will have the beach by the Atlantic Ocean as your backyard, and you will be just 10 km from Comporta with its fabulous fish restaurants. Within walking distance from the villa, you will find tennis & padel courts, a spa, supermarkets, various restaurants and shops. Troia Golf Course (18 holes) is located just 2 km from the villa an the new Terras da Comporta Golf Courses (Duna and Torres) are also only a 15 min car drive away.
