Indoors

Casa 1 is 20 meters from House 3 and can welcome 5 pax in its 3 bedrooms. Its living and dining area is an open space with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms include 2 rooms with double beds (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and 1 room with a single bed (0.90 m x 1.80 m). The bathroom has a shower. The living room has direct access to the exterior.

Casa 2 is a small unit for 2 pax. It features 1 suite with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with shower.

Casa 3 can welcome 10 pax in its 4 bedrooms. Its dining area is an open space with a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a foldable dining table for 10.
The suite includes two sommier beds that can be used as two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) or as a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), with an en-suite bathroom with shower. A mezzanine with 2 single beds (0.90 m x 1.80 m) can be used as 1 double bed, and 2 extra beds in the attic can be added upon request.


Outdoors

The private swimming pool 8.5 m x 4 m is surrounded by sun loungers to take rest and enjoy the sun. 
There are 2 outdoor dining tables, one for 10 people and the other one near the swimming pool can accommodate 12 people. There is a a charcoal barbecue available. 
The villa has his private parking area.
 

Location

This Villa offers a wonderful secluded space for reconnection as is inserted in a unique natural environment, in a place that seems far from everything but still close to the beach and historic cities like Lisbon and Évora.
This extraordinarily beautiful spot is in the middle of a 40-mile stretch of nearly untouched Atlantic Ocean beaches, and at the edge of hundreds of square miles of cork oak fields, vineyards, and rice fields.
The Praia de Santo Andre beach is 17.5 km and Praia de Melides beach is 19 km from the villa.
You can find nearby restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. 
A car is recommended to move around easily.
