Every bedroom have blinds and blackouts and hair dryers in every bathroom.


Indoors

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, the living room and dining room in open space almost touches the swimming pool. The villa has a striking contemporary design with its sleek modern lines, minimalist decor rich with original details. A suite with double bed, a home-office is available on this level. 
A home-office and a video-projection can be used for work presentation and cinema, with CD and DVD player.
The first floor offers one suite with double bed, 2 suites with double bed and another 2 suites with single beds, all having their bathroom.
A bathroom with double shower and a laundry room is available on the lower floor.

Outside: independent home studio with kitchenette, sitting and dining area, 2 single beds which can be made as double and bathroom with shower, open only for the 13th and 14th guests.


Outdoors

The 9 x 4.5 meters private swimming pool (can be heated (additional cost) except from 1 November to 31 March) will provide you lots of fun and guests will surely enjoy the jacuzzi next to the pool. The sunbeds placed on the side of the pool allow you to rest and relax. The outdoor dining area and a brick barbecue has been provided for gilling up some summer delicacies, or tasting the delicious local fish which can be purchased fresh from the local fish market.
A tennis table is at the disposal of those who loved playing.


Location

Just 4 kilometres away is Praia do Rei beach. With a stretch of golden sandy beaches just a few kilometers away and the vibrant streets of Lisbon within a half an hour drive, this is the perfect spot for enjoying Portugal’s Lisbon coast. Supermarket, restaurants, bar, shops and pharmacy can be found nearby. A car is recommended to visit the nearby places.
