This chic and comfortable villa offers beautiful interiors, tastefully decorated and furnished.
The house features handmade furniture designed by the famous Barcelona-based designer Jaime Tresserra.
A lift connects the different levels of the house, from the basement to the upper level.
On the ground floor, at the entrance level, there is a beautiful Spanish-style wine cellar, a TV/chill-out area, an indoor swimming pool (with large windows overlooking the garden), a Turkish bath (with shower room), a laundry room and a large garage (for 5-6 cars). This level also comprises a bedroom.
On the first floor, guests can enjoy the double-height ceiling of the entrance hall, a guest toilet, a relaxation area, the modern and spacious kitchen (fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances), as well as a breakfast area (with high ceiling in American cherry woodwork). This level also features a very large living room and a beautiful separate dining room (with double height ceilings and panoramic windows overlooking the beautiful pool, patio and surrounding nature). Next to the living room, guests will find a mezzanine with a terrace overlooking the pool, as well as three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
On the second floor is the fifth bedroom. It is spacious and has large windows, a separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom and a nice desk.
Outdoors
This magnificent property is accessed via a short drive from the north entrance of the country club. A driveway leads to the impressive entrance, where there is space to park several cars.
Guests can enjoy the villa's beautiful outdoor spaces, which include gardens, terraces and a huge swimming pool.
Staff & Services
The price includes a daily housekeeping (4hours per day ) Monday to Friday).
Note : The services offered by the urbanization La Zagaleta, where the villa is located, are not included in the price.
